The goal of this course is to teach the student that a house is a system of interdependent parts: mechanical and physical components. The operation of one part affects many others. The house is comfortable, safe, efficient, and durable when they all work together. Objective: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: Describe the interaction among building components and mechanical systems; communicate how air sealing a home can negatively affect indoor air quality; and list typical air leakage sites and how they are corrected. This course is coming soon.
